The Positive Compagnie was founded due to the decline of retail asset management for third parties. After over 10 years at Hammerson France, we decided to leverage our expertise for clients investing in retail. With deep knowledge of real estate and retail markets, we have recognized experience in dynamic asset management and a vast network. We managed a platform with up to 150 employees and 4 billion euros in assets, along with transformation projects.

Environnemental integration

  • Installation of a 6,000 m² photovoltaic plant, covering 40% of the common areas’ energy needs at Les Terrasses du Port.
  • Replacement of chillers with a thalassotherapy plant (reducing consumption, increasing comfort, no heavy recurring investments).
  • On-site organic waste treatment plant in partnership with Veolia.

Social integration

  • Regular job fairs to connect job seekers with recruiters (service providers, brands), with a specific initiative before major openings.
  • Inclusion charters with local associations, aiming for 10% of the total work hours.
  • Opening of the first Skola school store, training future salespeople in a real-life setting.
